If you are not sure whether you have received the proper points for completing an Activity, check out the steps below.
Check your Point History
First log in to your well-being program website and check the Activity in question for its point value. Note that an Activity may be informational only, and not have a posted point value.
If the Activity is worth points, click here and follow the instructions on checking your points history, then come back to this article.
If the Activity in question is in your points history, but the number of points you received is incorrect, please submit a help request using the link at the top of this page.
If the Activity is not listed, proceed to the next section below.
Confirm the Activity is tracked properly
Look for the My Activities section on the home page and click View All.
On the My Activities page, look for the Activity in question in both the In Progress and Completed sections.
Click the Activity in question and make sure it’s been tracked properly, and on the date you intended.
If the Activity in question has been tracked properly, but you have not received the points for it, please submit a help request using the link at the top of this page.
If you need assistance with your well-being program or program account, please submit a help request. Click the chat icon (speech bubble) in the lower right corner of the page to connect with a live agent, or click the Submit a Request link at the top of the page, and we'll respond as soon as possible. When submitting a help request, please include the following information as applicable:
- Your name
- Email address associated with your well-being program account
- Your phone number and time zone (we'll need to speak to you personally for account, personal, or protected health information issues)
- Your well-being program provider/employer
- Device you’re using and the operating system
- Web browser you’re using and the version number, OR Aduro Mobile App version number (when logged in, tap the menu icon in the upper right)
- Step-by-step description of the issue, including the names of any Activities, Paths, etc. involved
- Screenshots that illustrate the issue, if possible
