An invitation is sent to your employer-issued email address. Check your inbox and your spam/junk folder as well. If you cannot locate the invitation, please try one of the methods mentioned below.
Aduro Mobile App
Launch the mobile app and tap the Register button. You will then be asked to provide specific information so we can locate your account in our system. Once your account has been located, you will be asked to create your profile, and then verify your email address. After you verify, your account will be active and you can log into your program.
Program Login Page

Go to your program website and click on the Sign Up link at the bottom of the login page. You will then be asked to provide specific information so we can locate your account in our system. Once your account has been located, you will be asked to create your profile, and then verify your email address. After you verify, your account will be active and you can log into your program.
The same account is used for both your program website and the Aduro Mobile App. No matter how you register, use the same email address and password to log in to either the website or the app.
If you need assistance, please submit a help request using the Submit a Request link at the top of this page. When submitting a help request, please include the following information:
- Your name
- Your employer or company sponsoring the program
- Type of device you’re using and the operating system
- Web browser you’re using and the version number, OR Aduro Mobile App version number (tap the menu icon in the upper right)
- Step-by-step description of the issue, including the name(s) of any Activities, Paths, etc. involved
- Screenshots that illustrate the issue
