Note that the same account is used for both your program website and the Aduro Mobile App. No matter how you register, use the same email address and password to log in to either the website or the app. 

Email Invite

An invitation is sent to your employer-issued email address. Check your inbox and your spam/junk folder as well. If you cannot locate the invitation, please try one of the methods mentioned below.

Note that invitations are no longer user-specific, and your personal information is verified against what is on file in the system.

Aduro Mobile App

Launch the mobile app and tap the Activate Account button. You will then be asked to provide specific information so we can locate your account in our system. Once your account has been located, you will be asked to create your profile, and then verify your email address. After you verify, your account will be active and you can log into your program. 

Program Website Login Page

Go to your program website and click on the Sign Up link at the bottom of the login page. You will then be asked to provide specific information so we can locate your account in our system. Once your account has been located, you will be asked to create your profile, and then verify your email address. After you verify, your account will be active and you can log into your program. 

If you need assistance, please submit a help request. Click the chat icon (speech bubble) in the lower right corner of the page to connect with a live agent, or click the  Submit a Request link at the top of the page, and we'll respond via email as soon as possible. When submitting a help request, please include the following information as applicable:

• Your name
• Your phone number and time zone (esp. for account, personal or protected health information issues)
• Your well-being program provider/employer
• Device you’re using and the operating system
• Web browser you’re using and the version number, OR Aduro Mobile App version number (when logged in, tap the menu icon in the upper right)
• Step-by-step description of the issue, including the names of any Activities, Paths, etc. involved 
• Screenshots that illustrate the issue, if possible
