How to check your well-being program points on the web or the Aduro Mobile App.
Web Instructions
1. Log in to your program website and check the level display in the upper left of the home page.
2. Besides your point total, you’ll see the level you’re currently working on, as well as the point goal and any requirements for that level. Completed requirements will have a checkmark next to them.
3. For more information, click the View Details link in the level display.
4. The Program Status page will list the level you’re currently working on, any future levels, and any completed levels.
5. Click the View Points History button just under the Program Status headline.
6. The Points History page features a dated list of all the points you’ve earned so far. Scroll down to see the entire list.
Aduro Mobile App Instructions
1. Log in to the Aduro Mobile App and check the level display just below the Featured section of the home page.
2. Besides your point total, you’ll see the level you’re currently working on, as well as the point goal and any requirements for that level. Completed requirements will have a checkmark next to them.
3. For more information, tap the View Details link in the level display.
4. The Program Status page will list the level you’re currently working on, any future levels, and any completed levels.
5. Tap the View Points History button just under the Program Status headline.
6. The Point History page features a dated list of all the points you’ve earned so far. Scroll down to see the entire list.
If you need assistance with your well-being program or program account, please submit a help request. Click the chat icon (speech bubble) in the lower right corner of the page to connect with a live agent, or click the Submit a Request link at the top of the page, and we'll respond as soon as possible. When submitting a help request, please include the following information as applicable:
- Your name
- Email address associated with your well-being program account
- Your phone number and time zone (we'll need to speak to you personally for account, personal, or protected health information issues)
- Your well-being program provider/employer
- Device you’re using and the operating system
- Web browser you’re using and the version number, OR Aduro Mobile App version number (when logged in, tap the menu icon in the upper right)
- Step-by-step description of the issue, including the names of any Activities, Paths, etc. involved
- Screenshots that illustrate the issue, if possible
