How to register your well-being program account using the Aduro Mobile App.
- Note that spouse eligibility will vary by program. Spouses must register using the employee ID (or the last four digits of the social security number, if cited specifically on the registration form) of the primary benefits holder.
1. Visit Apple’s App Store or Google’s Play Store to download the Aduro Mobile App. Launch the app and tap the Activate Account button.
2. Next, provide the requested information: first and last name, birthdate and your Employee ID. (You may or may not need to include any leading zeroes or other characters with your Employee ID.)
Spouses must register using the employee ID (or the last four digits of the social security number, if cited specifically on the registration form) of the primary benefits holder.
When all fields are filled in, tap Next to proceed.
If your information does not match any records in our system and you receive an error message, please contact our Member Experience support team via the link at the top of this page.
3. On the following page, input an email address you are currently using (if that space is not already filled in), and your mobile phone number. These will be necessary if you ever need to reset your password or want to use two-factor authentication.
You will also be required to create a password. Passwords must satisfy all requirements listed.
4. Review and accept the terms and conditions, and then tap the button to submit your information.
You will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided. Click the link in the email to verify your account and complete the registration process.
Note that you will use the same email address and password to log in to your program on both the program website and the Aduro Mobile App.
You will now be able to log in to the program and begin your journey of personal discovery and positive outcomes!

- Your name
- Email address associated with your well-being program account
- Your phone number and time zone (we'll need to speak to you personally for account, personal, or protected health information issues)
- Your well-being program provider/employer
- Device you’re using and the operating system
- Web browser you’re using and the version number, OR Aduro Mobile App version number (when logged in, tap the menu icon in the upper right)
- Step-by-step description of the issue, including the names of any Activities, Paths, etc. involved
- Screenshots that illustrate the issue, if possible
