Use the steps below to register your account via your program login page.

1. Click the Sign Up link towards the bottom of the login page.
2. Enter the requested information. You may use your Employee ID instead of your SSN. (You may or may not need to include any leading zeroes or other characters with your Employee ID.) Click Next when all fields look correct.
If your information does not match any records in our system, it may be best to contact our Member Experience support team via the link at the top of this page.
3. Input your email address if that space is blank, and your mobile phone number. These will be necessary if you ever need to reset your password or want to use two-factor authentication.
You will also be required to create a password. Passwords must satisfy all requirements listed.
4. Review and accept the terms and conditions, and then click Done.
You will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided. Click the link in the email to verify your account and complete the registration process.
You can now log in to the program and begin your journey of personal discovery and positive outcomes!
If you need assistance, please submit a help request. Click the chat icon (speech bubble) in the lower right corner of the page to connect with a live agent, or click the Submit a Request link at the top of the page, and we'll respond via email as soon as possible. When submitting a help request, please include the following information as applicable:
- Your name
- Your phone number and time zone (esp. for account, personal or protected health information issues)
- Your well-being program provider/employer
- Device you’re using and the operating system
- Web browser you’re using and the version number, OR Aduro Mobile App version number (when logged in, tap the menu icon in the upper right)
- Step-by-step description of the issue, including the names of any Activities, Paths, etc. involved
- Screenshots that illustrate the issue, if possible
