See the instructions below to schedule an onsite health screening appointment through eHealth Screenings (if available). Options will differ by program. Check your program's health screening tile or WellMetrics page for details.
- eHealth Screenings is one of our onsite health screening partners. Options will differ by program. Onsite health screenings are conducted at locations selected by your well-being program provider/employer, and not at an eHealth Patient Service Center.
Schedule an onsite appointment via your program website
1. Log in to your well-being program website and click the health screening Activity tile (tile names will vary). On the activity description page, scroll down and Join/Enroll in the activity, if you haven't already, then click the Health Screening Options button.
2. On the Health Screening Options page, scroll down and click the Onsite Screening button.
3. In the pop-up that opens, click the Schedule Screening button to transfer to the eHealth Screenings website.
4. Once on the eHealth Screenings website, you will log in automatically via your well-being program account. Follow the prompts to schedule an appointment, including reading and acknowledging the onsite screening consent. If you wish, you can opt-in to receive text message reminders about your appointment.
5. Once you book an appointment, you'll receive a confirmation email, and then a reminder email 24 hours prior to the appointment. If you opt-in for text messaging, you'll receive a reminder 14 hours prior. The text message is a good way to ensure that you fast 8 to 12 hours prior to your screening.
6. To check your appointment details, or to reschedule or cancel your appointment, repeat steps 1-3 above to return to the eHealth Screenings website.
