Be Well with Hypertension (Custom Condition Management) is currently available to Be Well (Bon Secours Mercy Health) members only.

The program is available to all BSMH associates who have registered their Be Well account. Anyone may join who wants to focus on their blood pressure, especially those with an elevated blood pressure reading or hypertension diagnosis.

To enroll in the program, click this link (https://bsmhbewell.adurolife.com/activities/63985) and log in to your Be Well account. On the program page, click the sign up link and submit the enrollment survey.

Reply “YES” to the text message that you receive (from number 63141) to confirm enrollment and opt-in to the program.

If you do not receive the initial text within a few minutes, please text STARTBWWH to 63141 to jump start your engagement in the program.

• Email address associated with your well-being program account

• Device you’re using and the operating system
• Web browser you’re using and the version number, OR Aduro Mobile App version number (when logged in, tap the menu icon in the upper right)
• Step-by-step description of the issue, including the names of any Activities, Paths, etc. involved 
• Screenshots that illustrate the issue, if possible
