6. Enhancements to processing Connect Care for Diabetes program eligibility. 
7. Enhancements and fixes to participant account termination/reactivation processing.
8. Enhancements and fixes to client program services, including incentive file processing, rewards configuration, Test/Demo program data filtering, bonus points processing, and biometric order date validation.
