Tracking blood pressure in your well-being program account.
Aside from steps, sleep, and active minutes, blood pressure can also be tracked in your well-being program account.
If you track your blood pressure with Apple Health, Google Fit, or Fitbit, or use a device compatible with one of these services, you can link your app/device to the platform and upload your blood pressure data automatically. For instructions on blood pressure tracking with a device, click here.
To track your blood pressure manually in your well-being account, follow the steps below:
Web Platform
- On the home page, click the Me link in the upper right of the home screen, and then click the Human Performance link in the pop-up that opens.
- Click the My Data option in the upper left, and then click the Blood Pressure tile.
- Click the + button or the + New Entry button to begin a new entry.

The Date and Time entries will be filled in automatically.
- To change the date, click the Date entry field, and then click the date you wish to use.
- To change the time, click the Time entry field. Scroll through the hours and minutes and click on the appropriate selections, and then click am or pm.
- Click outside of the time settings box to close it.
- Enter your systolic and diastolic readings, and a journal entry, if you wish.
- Click the Save Entry button to submit.
Aduro Mobile App
- On the home page, tap the Profile (person) icon on the bottom menu bar. On the next page, scroll down and tap the Human Performance tile.
- On the next page, swipe the top menu left or right and tap the My Data option, and then tap the Blood Pressure tile.
- Tap the + button or scroll down and tap the + New Entry button to begin a new entry.

The Date and Time entries will be filled in automatically.
- To change the date, tap the Date entry field, and then tap the date you wish to use.
- To change the time, tap the Time entry field. Tap the hour or minute entry above the clock, and then tap and drag the hand to the appropriate time. Tap am or pm above the clock as you wish.
- Tap the OK button to close the time settings box.
- Tap the + symbols to enter your systolic and diastolic readings, and type in a journal entry, if you wish.
- Tap the Save Entry button to submit.
