How to register your well-being program account using an invitation email.

For employees, an invitation is usually sent to your employer-issued email address, if applicable. Check your inbox and your spam/junk folder as well.
For spouses (spouse participation will vary according to program), you are not likely to receive an invitation.
If you cannot locate an invitation, you can still register through your program's website. For instructions on this, click here.
1. Click the Get Started button located in the email. This will take you to your program website to register.
2. Next, provide the requested information: first and last name, birthday, and your Employee ID or the last 4 digits of your SSN. (You may or may not need to include any leading zeroes or other characters with your Employee ID.) When all fields look correct, click Next to proceed.
If your information does not match any records in our system, please contact our Member Experience support team via the link at the top of this page.
3. On the following page, input an email address you are currently using if that space is blank, and your mobile phone number. These will be necessary if you ever need to reset your password or want to use two-factor authentication.
You will also be required to create a password. Passwords must satisfy all requirements listed.
4. Review and accept the terms and conditions, and then click Done.
You will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided. Click the link in the email to verify your account and complete the registration process.
Note that you will use the same email address and password to log in to your program on both the program website and the Aduro Mobile App.
You can now log in to the program and begin your journey of personal discovery and positive outcomes!

- Your well-being program provider/employer
- Device you’re using and the operating system
- Web browser you’re using and the version number, OR Aduro Mobile App version number (when logged in, tap the menu icon in the upper right)
- Step-by-step description of the issue, including the names of any Activities, Paths, etc. involved
- Screenshots that illustrate the issue, if possible
