If you're interested in 1:1 coaching by phone, follow the steps below to schedule your first call, either on your well-being program website or the Aduro Mobile App.
Note that this scheduler is for general Human Performance coaching, and NOT for Connect Care for Diabetes program-specific coaching. For instructions on scheduling a call with your Connect Care for Diabetes coach, click here.
Website
- Log in to your well-being program account.

On the program home page, click the Coaching link in the upper right. In the pop-up that opens, click the Get Started button.
- You can also click the Connect with a Coach tile in the left-hand sidebar, below the Daily Check In section.
- On the next screen, you'll see one or more featured coaches. Click a coach's Read More link to see their full profile. When you find a coach you like, click their Schedule 1:1 button.
- In the pop-up that opens, click the Select Date button to open the calendar. Click the < and > buttons to change the month. Click a date that works for you.
- Once you've selected a date, the available time slots will appear. Click a time slot that works for you. If none of the available slots is convenient, select a different day.
- Once you've selected a time slot, enter the phone number you'd like the coach to call, including area code.
- Click the Schedule Session button to confirm your appointment.
- Click the Go To Coaching Page button to return to the main scheduling screen.

Once you've scheduled with a given coach, return to this screen for any of the following:
- Cancel or reschedule an existing appointment
- Schedule your next appointment with your existing coach, if you haven't already
- See your most recent past appointment
- If you wish to change coaches for whatever reason, please contact your current coach or email us at coaching@adurolife.com. If you have any other questions or issues, click the Submit a Request link at the top of the page.
Aduro Mobile App
- Log in to the Aduro Mobile App.
- Tap the Coaching link on the bottom menu bar, OR scroll down the home page and tap the Connect with a Coach button.
- On the next screen, you'll see one or more featured coaches. Tap a coach's Read More link to see their full profile. When you find a coach you like, tap their Schedule 1:1 button.
- In the pop-up that opens, tap the Select Date button to open the calendar. Tap the < and > buttons to change the month. Click a date that works for you.
- Once you've selected a date, the available time slots will appear. Tap a time slot that works for you. If none of the available slots is convenient, select a different day.
- Once you've selected a time slot, enter the phone number you'd like the coach to call, including area code.
- Tap the Confirm button in the upper right to confirm your appointment.
- Tap the Done button in the upper right to return to the main scheduling screen.

Click the chat icon (speech bubble) in the lower right corner of the page to connect with a live agent, or click the Submit a Request link at the top of the page, and we'll respond as soon as possible. When submitting a help request, please include the following information as applicable:
- Your name
- Email address associated with your well-being program account
- Your phone number and time zone (we'll need to speak to you personally for account, personal, or protected health information issues)
- Your well-being program provider/employer
- Device you’re using and the operating system
- Web browser you’re using and the version number, OR Aduro Mobile App version number (when logged in, tap the menu icon in the upper right)
- Step-by-step description of the issue, including the names of any Activities, Paths, etc. involved
- Screenshots that illustrate the issue, if possible
