If you're interested in 1:1 coaching by telephone, follow the steps below to schedule your first call.
Note that if your program features the Connect with a Coach tile, this is a manually tracked Activity meant to prompt users to try 1-1 coaching. The intent is for the user to track the Activity once they have scheduled their first call. However, that tile does not contain a link to the 1:1 coaching scheduler.
- On the program home page, look for the Daily Check In section, where you track your Moods, Gratitudes and Wins. On the web platform, this is on the left side of the home page, and on the Aduro Mobile App, scroll down the page a bit.
- Scroll down a bit more until you see the 1:1 Coaching tile. It may be labeled 1:1 Coaching or Connect with a Coach or something similar.
- Click or tap the tile to open a pop-up window.
- In the pop-up window click or tap the link to the online scheduler. The button may be labeled Schedule Call or Scheduler or something similar.
Note that this scheduler is for initial calls only. Subsequent calls will be scheduled verbally with your coach at the end of each meeting.
