Aduro is a Castlight ecosystem partner, and select Aduro products and services are available to various Castlight customers through their platform.

Aduro Product Offerings

Aduro product offerings for Castlight customers include the following. Availability will vary by customer:

• • Aduro WellMetrics
    • • Options include health provider screening forms (HPSFs), onsite health screening events, LabCorp screenings, and home test kits (HTKs)
  • Aduro Human Performance coaching
    • • Digital coaching via the Aduro Connect web platform and the Aduro Mobile App
      • 1:1 coaching
  • Breathe Easy tobacco cessation
    • • Offered as digital and/or 1:1 coaching
      • Offered as part of Aduro Human Performance coaching or as a standalone RAS (Reasonable Alternative Solution) program

Accessing Aduro Products via the Castlight Web Platform

Accessing Aduro products from the Castlight platform requires activating an Aduro account. If your program offers both Aduro WellMetrics and any Aduro Human Performance coaching products, you must activate an account for WellMetrics, and an account for Human Performance, which are hosted separately.

1. To access Aduro products from the Castlight web platform, first log in to your Castlight account via your program website.
2. Navigate to the page where your program features are listed.
3. Click or tap any Aduro product listing, such as Aduro WellMetrics, Aduro Human Performance or Breathe Easy.
4. In the product description, click or tap any link to an individual activity, such as Schedule a health screening, Enroll in a coaching path, and so on.
5. At this point, you may see the Castlight login page. Log in with your Castlight web platform credentials, if you are not logged in automatically.
6. If this is your first time accessing Aduro products, you will be redirected to the Profile/Registration page.
7. Fill in the form with your email address, name, phone number, and date of birth. Be sure that the information you enter is accurate, as this form is not validated in any way. Click or tap the checkbox to accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and then click or tap the Continue or Create Account button.
8. Account activation should take no more than a few seconds. Once the account is activated, you will be redirected to the Aduro website appropriate to your program.
9. If you are accessing Aduro Human Performance coaching, the first time you log in, you will be asked to fill out a preferences survey.
10. Once your Aduro account is activated, if you are logged in to the Castlight platform, clicking any Aduro activity link will redirect you to the appropriate Aduro website automatically.

Accessing Aduro Products via the Castlight mobile app

Accessing Aduro products from the Castlight platform requires activating an Aduro account. If your program offers both Aduro WellMetrics and any Aduro Human Performance coaching products, you must activate an account for WellMetrics, and an account for Human Performance, which are hosted separately.

Note that if you are accessing Aduro WellMetrics from the Castlight app, you will be redirected to the appropriate Aduro website. If you are accessing Aduro Human Performance coaching from the Castlight app, you should first download and install the Aduro Mobile App.

1. To access Aduro products from the Castlight web platform, first log in to the Castlight mobile app.
2. Navigate to the page where your program features are listed.
3. Tap any Aduro product listing, such as Aduro WellMetrics, Aduro Human Performance or Breathe Easy.
4. In the product description, tap any link to an individual activity, such as Schedule a health screening, Enroll in a coaching path, and so on.
5. At this point, you may see the Castlight login page. Log in with your Castlight credentials, if you are not logged in automatically.
6. If this is your first time accessing Aduro products, you will be redirected to the Create Your Profile page.
7. Fill in the form with your email address, name, phone number, and date of birth. Be sure that the information you enter is accurate, as this form is not validated in any way. Tap the checkbox to accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and then tap the Continue or Sign Up button.
8. If you are accessing Aduro WellMetrics, account activation should take no more than a few seconds. Once the account is activated, you will be redirected to the Aduro website appropriate to your program.
9. Otherwise, if you are accessing Aduro Human Performance coaching, you will now see a message stating that a verification link has been sent. The confirmation email will be sent to the address you submitted to the system.
   • • Open the confirmation email and tap the Complete button to verify your email address.
     • Now return to the verification message screen and tap the Continue button to be automatically logged in to the Aduro Mobile App. Alternatively, you can also return to the Castlight mobile app and tap any coaching link to be redirected to the Aduro Mobile App.
10. Once your Aduro account is activated, if you are logged in to the Castlight app, tapping any Aduro activity link will redirect you automatically.
