Tracking your Moods, Gratitudes and Wins can not only give you a daily boost, it can also give you valuable touchstones on your personal journey of well-being. To examine your past entries, follow the steps below.
Moods - Web Platform
- On the home page, click the Me link in the upper right of the home screen, and then click the Mood link in the pop-up that opens.
- The Mood tab shows a dated list and an expandable graph of your Mood entries.
- With the expandable graph, you can view your Mood trend by day, week, or year.
Moods - Aduro Mobile App
- On the home page, tap the Profile (person) icon on the bottom menu bar, and when the next page opens, scroll down and tap the Mood tile.
- The Mood tab shows an expandable graph of your Mood entries.
- With the expandable graph, you can view your Mood trend by day, week, or year.
Gratitudes and Wins - Web or App
While Gratitudes and Wins are not graphed, you can view past entries individually.
Simply click or tap the Gratitudes or Wins tile, and then click or tap the History tab. Click the edit (pencil) icon on an entry to view that entry. Click the X icon to exit an entry without saving, or click the Save button to save any changes you make.
