Connect Care is Aduro's program for supporting members who have Type 2 Diabetes. It exists within Aduro's platform, and is available to select programs and users. 

The Connect Care program is voluntary, and if you wish not to participate, this will not affect your well-being program points or status in any way.

Unsubscribe from emails

To stop receiving Connect Care-related messages, simply click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of one of the Connect Care emails you received, and follow the prompts.

If you have not completed the Connect Care onboarding process, no further action is needed. 

Opt out of the program

If you have completed Connect Care onboarding and now wish to opt out, please contact your Connect Care coach, who can remove you from the program.

To do so, log in to the Aduro Mobile App, tap the blood drop icon on the bottom menu bar, and then tap the My Coach tab.

On the My Coach tab, tap the Chat button to open a chat window with your Connect Care coach. Send your coach a message stating you wish to opt out of the Connect Care program.
